Cooking Methods 食用方法:                                                                                                                
1) Fully defrost the chicken for all methods. ( Do not refreeze once defrost)
Cooking :  2) Pour the chicken into a hot pan and heat it up for 3-4mins. 
Steaming: 2) Open the packaging and pour into a plate. Steam for 10 mins. 
Microwave :2) Open the packaging and the lid. Microwave for 5 mins.
