Cripsy Tofu

  • Deep Frying
    • Defrost the product
    • Pre-heat oil to 170°C
    • Deep fry for 3~4 minutes or till it turns golden brown
  • Air Frying
    • Set air fryer to 200°C
    • add a dash of oil for extra crisp (optional)
    • Set timer to 5 minutes, then flip over to the other side and repeat
